The Branch of OOO «Toyota Motor» in Saint-Petersburg is the first plant for the production of automobiles built in the city.
Plant production processes: stamping of body parts, welding, production of plastic parts, painting and assembly.
At the end of 2015 production capacity doubled from 50 to 100 thousand cars per year. Automobiles Toyota Camry, produced on the Toyota plant in St. Petersburg, are delivered to the markets of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. In August 2016, the company will begin planning production of the second model – the automobile Toyota RAV 4.
Armada has completed erection mentioned works on time, in full convenience with the technical specifications and in accordance with HSE standards reguested by Toyota. Armada is well organized and has sufficient technical team to perform the job and it is able to contribute to the job with engineering proposals and technical applications wherever reguired.

Design & Engineering & Manufacturing & Assembling
Fabrication & Installation of Primer Booth/Cabine, Primer Booth/Cabine Air Supply House and Mezzanine, Base Coat, Primer Coat, Primer Flash-Off, Sealer Pre-Heat Oven, ED-Coat Oven & RTO, Topcoat Oven, ED Unloading Zone, ED Night Storage, Sealer Night Storage, ED Inspection Zone, UBC, Topcoat Inspection, Sealer Inspection, Cataphorese ovens, sanding, Prepation and finishing zones&cabines, Partialy Phosphotation and cataphorese lines, DI Water Plant, Chiller. Installation of all process and utility piping works and all process air ducting works for above mentioned areas of the plant.
